I'm from Italy,a small town and I was in Australia -and in Sydney for a few months and I enjoyed to go to the bitchevents even I was to shy.I was no use to see so many lesbian woman because where I life there are events just about 4 times a year with about 50 woman and the woman are not so crazy like in Australia:-).And in Sydney at Oxfordfactory there come lots more:-) and I liked the girls there because there were a few with so beautiful blue-green eyes.

Here in Hamburg are often parties for lesbians, nearly every weekend.
I think there will be more lesbian woman in Australia, especially in Sydney who really like to party and to freak out, more than in Hamburg. The people in Australia are of course different to the european people but you can have good parties all over the world! :-)
I hope that I can travel to Australia again soon. I really like to be on airplanes and to know that the final stop would be Sydney or any other city in Australia would be great!! Even though I have relatives who live there..

By the way, I have also been to Italy, in Rome, Pisa, Firenze, Toskana, Zoldo in the mountains and in the deep south, in Calabria. Italy is wonderful and I enjoyed my holidays there very much! Where in Italy do you live? May I ask you how old are you? What did you do in Australia, only holidays or working/studying?

the people from Australia are very nice,easygoing and openminded probably because it's a pretty new country and they are used to many foreigners so it's multikulti without many people who judge.
.. I was in Australia with working-holiday visa.The first month I was in Sdney and I did an englishcourse then I travel up to Cairns because it was the right season(not rainseason)and because I liked to see the beautiful great barrier reaf.Then I slowly moved down and during this months I picked watermelons:-) then I planted eucalyptotrees and then I came down again to Sydney.My intent was to go further down to Melbourne but a few days before the gayparade I went in a club and I saw such a beautiful woman that I decided to find work in Sydney and I was lucky and find work as an aupair in a place close to Sydney.The family were very nice and treated me like a family member but I saw this woman just once a month and when I saw her I was to shy to speak to her and the third time she was with her girlfriend so I didn't have the courage to go to her but I enjoed also just to see her beautiful smile and the wonderful eyes. At the end I was sad and angry with me because I'm to shy when I like someone. ..i tried to extend my visa but it doesn't worked out,because it was possible just until 30 and the application came in Cairns one da to late,when I was 31.I was so sad when I came back here because I felt alone because here are not many lesbians,but the last months I find some lsbfriends:-) and yesterday we were in Austria to a party. ..I'm 32 and I like also to travel,it helps to vew the things in other ways and to open the mind.I was in Berlin,Bodensee and Munich..
